When will my order arrive?
In stock items ship within 24 hours (business days). Out of stock items typically ship within 2-7 days of ordering. During the holidays these times may be longer. Most orders actually leave our facility 24 hours from label creation.

You can click that link for updated ship times according to UPS or USPS. We also send a delivery notification when it is on the truck and in route as well as a DELIVERED email when it arrives at the destination. What is your refund policy?
If your item is damaged, has an imperfection or is other wise not in premium condition, please email us at info@athletem.com. We will respond immediately to discuss your artwork and remedy the issue by sending a new item or switching it out. If you decide you don't want the item you ordered. You can return it, in it's original packaging for a full refund of the amount you paid for the item. Please email us at the below contact with any such issues.
