When will my order arrive?
In stock items ship within 24 hours (business days). Out of stock items typically ship within 2-7 days of ordering. During the holidays these times may be longer. We use UPS and USPS as our shipping agents, although we cannot control their ship times, most shipments arrive in 2-7 days from when the label is created. Most orders actually leave our facility 24 hours from label creation.

How will I be notified when my order ships?
When you first place your order you will get an order confirmation. You will not be notified again until the order has shipped and at that time you will get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. We also send a delivery notification when it is on the truck and in route as well as a DELIVERED email when it arrives at the destination. What is your refund policy?
If your item is damaged, has an imperfection or is other wise not in premium condition, please email us at info@athletem.com. We will respond immediately to discuss your artwork and remedy the issue by sending a new item or switching it out. If you decide you don't want the item you ordered.
